Patient journey

Using a simple and friendly interface, the Colonoscopy Patient Education Kit provides patients and their caregivers personalized information on the procedure and required preparation. Improved patient engagement leads to significant increases in success rates, and reductions in no-show and demand for direct interaction with clinic staff. A Case Manager Module provides easy to use solutions for communication with personal physician and solicitation of informed consent.

Reduces no-show rate

Reduces medical and administrative staff workloads

Clinic staff open a new patient case and update the patient’s personal information (age, gender, and language),  the type of bowel preparation solution, the date and time of the procedure, and the patient’s mobile phone number. Optionally, the clinic’s patient management system can be connected directly to the platform.
